What we collect
- Your email — when you request the Field Guide or the application.
- Purchase details — when you buy the $27 Playbook, Stripe processes the payment and shares your email and purchase status with us. We never receive your full card number.
How we use it
- To deliver the guide or product you asked for.
- To send a short series of follow-up emails about the method and our offers. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click.
- To respond to you if you get in touch.
Who processes it (our service providers)
- MailerLite — stores your email and sends our emails.
- Stripe — processes payments.
- Netlify — hosts the site and captures form submissions.
Each only handles your data to provide its service. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from emails any time via the link in any message. To see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@thequietclose.io and we'll handle it.
Retention & changes
We keep your email while you're subscribed and for a reasonable period after, then remove it. We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change.
